There are number of ways by which you can report an issue in the game:

1. Send your issue in detail by writing to “Support” from the option available in the Settings.
2. Report an issue by tapping on the “Report” Icon on the Home screen.

4. There is also an option to send feedback to us on the Exit Screen of the game.

The dice in our game is not manipulated. The numbers on the dice are random just like in real dice. Same dice logic works for every player irrespective of his level, gender, nationality or any other parameter. Our priority has always been to give all our players a fair & natural Ludo experience.

We take objectionable language/ abuse / bullying very seriously. We have strict rules against it. In case you encounter such an opponent while playing Ludo Superstar you can tap on the Profile image of that person to "Block & Report" him. As soon as you do this, the person wouldn’t not be able to send you any messages. Also, When a person is reported multiple times he is barred from using the Chat Features. Further if you do not wish to chat with fellow players while playing, you can easily switch off the chat from the “Settings” menu.

Yes! LUDO Superstar is available without Ads as well. You can subscribe to VIP mode which removes all the Ads entirely so that you can enjoy the game without any hindrance. VIP mode can be subscribed by tapping on the VIP Icon on the Home Screen. All the privileges of a VIP Player are clearly listed there.

We also give an offer to our loyal players to remove ads for a few hours just by watching a small video. Do grab that offer when you see it.

Coins and Gems in the game are its virtual currency only that cannot be redeemed into real money. This currency can be used to play LUDO Superstar only.

In case you are playing as a guest we only collect your Device Identifier and Advertising ID. When you login through Facebook, we further collect your name, display a pic from Facebook. If you give us permission to access your friends list then that is also collected.

Chat messages exchanged in a match between players are visible only to the Players in the current match. After the match is completed, the messages are deleted and no record is kept.

LUDO Superstar supports multiple languages to cater to our large users across the globe. It is always fun to play in our own regional language. A player gets an option to select the preferred language when they open the game for the first time. Language can also be changed from the Settings.

Player ID is the unique identification number given to each player, this enables us to check the players progress and also let us check an issue reported by the player. So if you have an issue to report sending us Player Id along with it will certainly help us expedite the process.

You can copy this number by tapping on the icon next to the alphanumeric string under your Profile. Once the string is copied it can be pasted easily.

Gems are used to Undo your dice roll i.e. if you are not happy with the number you got on your dice you can roll again within a few seconds of the first attempt.

It is possible that you may not see Ads, and you are unable to collect FREE Coins, in such a case please wait for a while, as these ads are presented by third parties and it can be possible there is no relevant ad for you at the moment. In case you experience this repeatedly, please write to us.

In Team-up mode you can make a team of 2 players & play against the opponent's sitting diagonal to each other.

Facts about Team-Up:

1. Players sitting Diagonal to each other form the team.
2. The first team to move all 8 tokens to the home wins.
3. In case, one team-mate has all his tokens in the home, he can roll the dice for his partner.
4. Team-mates can form a pair by moving the tokens on the same square.
5. No token gets captured when 2 teammates have formed a pair.
6. If a team-mate breaks the pairing while the opponent is on the same square then the other team-mate gets captured.
7. A team’s pair can only -be captured by an opponent pair on the same square.

Team-up can be played with friends as well as with random players, you can either create a private room or join an existing team if you have an invite. Here is how,

1. Making a Team:
   1. Choose the bet you want to play.
   2. Then select if you want to team up with a Friend or a Random person.
   3. If you choose teaming up with your friend you would have to share the 8-digit Team Id with your friends and ask them to join it. You can share this team id using WhatsApp, Facebook, E-mail or any other mode you prefer.
   4. Or, In case you choose to team up with a random person we will do it for you.
   5. Once a team is created, we would start looking for opponents for your team.
   6. As soon as an opponent team is found the bet amount will be deducted from everyone’s account and the match starts.
2. Joining a Team:

   You may have a Team Id or a Deep link to join a team.

   1. In case you have Team Id:

      Choose “JOIN TEAM” and enter the 8-digit Team Id. Once done, tap on Join Now.

   2. In case you have a Deep Link:

      Clink on the Link, LUDO Superstar would open and you would get a pop-up showing the entry fee of the room. You can accept the offer to join the team.

As soon as both the members of the Team present we will start looking for opponents for your team and then we will find an opponent team the betting amount would be deducted from the Team and the match begins.

If a player leaves the match his team, his team loses. And the opponent team wins.

Auto move gets activated once a user skips his turn. This ensures that the other players do not have to wait long for the player to come and can continue enjoying the game. Tap on the Auto Bot icon to deactivate Auto bot.

You can tap on the Undo icon next to the dice to re-roll the dice. Utilise this feature in case you do not get the desired number on the dice. This feature costs gems, actual price is always mentioned below the undo icon.

Following are the rules to participate in the League:

1. League is unlocked when you reach Level 4.
2. Each user starts from Bronze League.
3. Your Weekly Score is based on the coins won during the week. Note that the coins earned in Private Mode or while Playing Offline do not count.
4. Results are prepared at the end of every week.
5. Once your result score is calculated you are given a rank.
6. This rank determines if you League UP or League DOWN.
7. If you are among the Top 20% in your weekly scoreboard you get promoted to next league.
8. If you are among the Bottom 20 % in your weekly scoreboard you get demoted to the lower league.
9. For the rest 60% your League will NOT change.
10. So Keep playing and Stay among TOP 20 % Players.

Your rank at the end of the week determines if you League UP or League DOWN. You can check your League rank anytime by clicking on the League option on “Home Screen” of the game. If you are among the Top 20% in your weekly scoreboard then only you get promoted to the upper league.

Quick Mode:

• It's necessary to kill at least 1 opponent token to start entering the path to home.
• First player to move 1 token home earns the first rank.
• All other basic rules and Local Rules are applied just like in Classic mode.

Challenge Mode:

• It's necessary to kill at least 1 opponent token to start entering the path to home.
• Two tokens of the same colour form a JOINT token. A joint token cannot be killed by an opponent.
• All other basic rules and Local Rules are applied just like in Classic mode.

• Click on "Private Room" icon at home.
• Choose the "Create A Room" option.
• Select an Entry Fee for the room.
• Share the 8-digit Room Id with your friends and ask them to join.
• You can share the Room Id by WhatsApp, Facebook, E-mail or any other way you prefer.
• After your friend joins, you would see your friend"s picture and name on the Game Screen.
• You can now hit the "Start" button to begin the match.

Please Note:

• Once a match has started no new player can join the match.
• You can play a 2, 3 or 4 player match in a private room.
• Invite up to 4 players by sharing the Room Id with them.
• Start the match any time you want but it should have at least 1 opponent.
• The winning amount of the match depends on the entry fee and number of players participating.

Case 1: You have a Room Id to join a room.

• Click on the "Private Room" icon at home.
• Choose the "Join Room" option.
• Enter the 8-digit Room Id in the text box.
• Tap on the button "Join Now".
• Wait for the room creator to start the match. Only he can start the match.
• Your coins would be deducted as soon as the match begins.

Case 2: You have a Room Id to join a room.

• Click on the link.
• Ludo game would open and you would get a pop up showing the entry fee of the room.
• Click on the "Accept" button to join the room.
• Wait for the room creator to start the match. Only he can start the match.
• Your coins would be deducted as soon as the match begins.

Please Note:

• Once a match has started no new player can join the match.
• Entry Fee is decided by the creator of the Room.
• Creator of the match can start a 2,3 or 4 player match.

There are various ways to get coins and gems in Ludo SuperStar game:

• Collect your daily bonus. There are FREE coins in the treasure chest.
• Collect coins using Daily Spins and claim Daily Reward by playing games everyday.
• Watch videos to get FREE coins as well as gems. You can earn upto 2500 coins and 30 gems daily.
• Login using Facebook. You get FREE gems on login.
• You can also purchase coins and gems from the Ludo SuperStar shop.

Tip: Keep an eye on the Sales.

Chat feature is blocked when a player is reported for unacceptable behaviour multiple times by other players. It is automatically UnBlocked after some days.

We request you to respect the other players and refrain from using abusive language.

Undo, Auto-Play and Voice Chat are some latest additions to the game. However, these features are only available in a particular match if all the players in that match are on the version which supports these features. So, in case your opponent is still on the old version you might not have access to all these new features.

Sure, you can add your opponent as a Game Buddy. To add an opponent as a buddy, click on his avatar during a multiplayer match. Next to the player's pic you would see an icon to add a game buddy. Tap on it and a buddy request would be sent to your opponent. When he accepts it, you would see him in your Buddy list.

To Replay with the same opponent, add the opponent as "Ludo Buddy" as stated in the previous answer. Then you can start a match in the Private Room with him/her.
